Do you care if I cry?

Would you even care,

If I wanted to die?

 

You never did,

You never will.

You say that you love me,

But you hate me still.

 

Theres no way this world,

So cruel and unjust,

Could send me worse companions,

It would be easier to crumble to dust.

 

I could die in this room,

The burden I am.

With no friends at all,

No tears would be shed.

 

I have only found solace,

In those who have died.

Who have passed through the barrier,

Who saw me when I cried.

 

I wouldn't have cried,

If it had been me,

To leave this world young,

If you would just let me be.

 

My happiness left me,

Two long years ago.

If you really loved me,

You'd let me go.

 

I never felt loved,

I never had hop,

I never will have

Learned how to cope.

 

There is only one thing;

I'd would like to say;

Would you even care,

If I floated away?

I wrote this one night when I couldn't sleep. Its not the best, and I do know that. Just say what you think, and let it come from you heart.
