Vibrant Two year old Golden curls Vast distance Separates the world Beautiful mother Pregnant with another Cries at the scene Autism has stolen her dreams Failing to communicate Staring into space It’s more than they can handle Nothing is falling into place. Two year old girl In this world Yet so very far away Never once had the ability To communicate Classified as a difference But a disorder is what it seems They are falling apart at the seams Afraid of failure Running from what they might find Lost in a sea of darkness Nothingness lies in her eyes Wanting to express her love But this problem she bares won’t let her.
