Somewhere In Between Reality and a Dream

I usually don't write love poems, but this just came out.

My heart has been yearning for this, it feels like almost an eternity. Never knew what it felt like....Never knew it could be this - numb and confused, but never wanting to escape these glorious binds holding me closer to you. Keeping me in your warm embrace, getting lost in your eyes. I never want to leave. My mind keeps repeating the same question...Am I dreaming? Expecting to wake up in any given moment this world could return to darkness, where my monsters and shadows hide. As the chills run down my spine with every blissful kiss and soft touch. There is no where I'd rather be...lost in every moment of you. Somewhere between reality and a dream.

You give me too many reasons to envy you with this one, and while reading it for the first time I wasn't even sure if I'm more jealous of you for finding someone to make you feel this way, or for feeling this way for the first time for someone who feels the same.
But the answer is simple - I'm too happy for you to be jealous. I'll settle for living vicariously through you. :)

Wow, this was really excellent! :D And i definitely agree with this piece as well. It's a wonderful feeling about how we feel and love a significant other in our lives, and with that, everything blooms into something beautiful. Also important is that both have something the other wants and needs as well, and that you'd do anything for that person, too. Excellent work! :)
