Snow White

Snow White

A Poem by Beautifully Tragic xPoetry Queen

The snow is falling and I can’t feel my heart. So paralyzed and frozen, lying next to your stone. I was not ready, not nearly my love, when the angels came down from above to carry you up to Heaven’s glorious skies.

You were my prince, and my world – putting the most beautiful of angels to shame. I throw myself from the horse drawn carriage, just to be in your embrace. Now you’re gone and it’s too much for my heart to take, hoping that I’m dreaming, praying you will soon wake.

So let the groundskeeper come and find my lifeless body near your grave, frozen where it stays. Forever, your Snow White.
