Something that came to mind listening to Within Temptation's 'Somewhere' --not my best but oh well.

Beyond the shadows

Of a starry midnight sky

That lingers within my mind

Hoping for a sign of light

As I'm lost in the darkness.

Living in agony and misery

Patiently, I wait for you

Until my dying day.

I wonder

If you hear me screaming

Deafening in silenced ears

Awaiting a sorta fairytale

A dream to finally come true

Exploring a whole new world

With you.

 

I will never stop searching,

For I know you are here...

Somewhere.
