Marilyn

Marilyn

A Poem by Beautifully Tragic xPoetry Queen

Just a small town girl
Who would have thought
You'd steal the world
Young and beautiful, Norma Jean

A goddess and a legend
No one else could compare
Took any man that you could get
Be in his world if you dare

Full of grace and glamour
You became Hollywood's star
A bad price to pay
For being as pretty as you are

Loneliness and pain
Overcame such a precious life
Press and paps haunted you
And then you took your own life

Still the world remembers you
You're spirit still lives on
Marilyn Monroe, a name not forgotten
Your legend still remains, so long after your gone

Great stuff.
You look a lot like her.
What are paps?
