Inner DarknessA Poem by Beautifully Tragic xPoetry QueenDark days of high school.... but thats all over withDarkness is her light She knows nothing but pain Waiting impatiently for her fate As her tears turn in to rain
Hopelessly, she knows There must be some light But at the end of the dark tunnel There is none in sight
She spends her days At the very edge of the blade Strawberry gashes Some may never fade
She waits for someone Someone, to make her feel whole Slipping away, losing hope A downward spiral, losing all control
All she sees So much hate and rejection Abuse and almost rape Needing some kind of protection
Drowning in the ocean tide No one to pull her to shore Each day, growing weaker She can not take anymore
Like some supernatural Something finally will save A calling she knows very well Living with an art that saves
