HumanityA Poem by Beautifully Tragic xPoetry Queensorta politicalHumanity The sweet belevant nature Of humankind But is that really what humanity is today?
Bombs drop from the sky As the citizens of a hellraising world Run for their lives Only to die such a death
A government Who betrays its own people Obviously not knowing right and wrong Or what is best for their people Just filling simple minds With fear and grief
Humans dwell in their valuables With no care in the world Swimming in their materialistic glories While others starve for something more
There is a fine line Between the strong and the weak Stomping on the weak When they are already down Destroying whatever pride is left In their souls
This is your humanity. © 2008 Beautifully Tragic xPoetry Queen |
