Cool! I definitely agree to the first one. The second one is interesting, though I'm not entirely sure what it means - does "that sand" refer to some of the crazy parts of life that seem to come crashing down on us? I'm getting the mental image of being trapped inside an hourglass with this one... but I could be wrong. But if that is right, I'd say God is the one who gives me strength to handle life's craziness, even though I don't always recognize or appreciate that. Also my family, friends, teachers, and definitely everyone who reads my writing and provides feedback and support. :) Thanks for sharing these!
