We call this love..

We call this love..

A Poem by Jennifer Ellen

It has already begun.
Nothing can stop it now.
Its running through your vein.
Under your skin.
Down to the depths of your soul.
Its wound its way around every part of your being.
Down to the center.
It will slowly take over.
It will feel like pure bliss.
You wont ever want it to end.
But, baby, when it departs from you,
You will be in so much pain.
It takes a part of you with it,
every time it attacks.
like a cobra ready to strike.
You feel no pain till after the teeth sink in.
Then the venom pumps through your veins.
Under your skin.
But the venom compares nothing to what this leaves behind.
The pain and hurt.
Will always be there.
It feels almost of a betrayal.
It is in a way.
When it leaves it is only for a while.
And It will come back soon enough.
Then you will be in pain again.
There is no way to stop it.
You cant live with out it.
This cycle goes on forever.
Its love.

About
I am a beautifully broken poet. I wonder why the world has so much hate in it. I hear my heart beat loud as I look at what’s to come in my life. I see the words from my heart flow out and ont.. more..
