Pathetic PoetA Poem by Jennifer Ellen
Tap,
Tap, Tap, The pen hits the paper, Thinking, Of just the words to write, To explain the feelings that are hidden inside, The pain of the lying world, The words of the backstabbing friend, The drama of high school life, And stuck all in this, Is the fragile pathetic poet, That needs the words, The poem lines, And all the times, Crying, Not knowing how to explain the feelings, Captured in my heart, Stuck, Only to escape through my pen, Through the ink that's runs onto the page, But yet, This Pathetic Poet, Doesn't know what words to write anymore, She's just- She's just lost for....
