Fantasy

A Poem by Poetically Driven

As night fell to cover the day and the moon arose from its rest, she gazed into the nights sky in hope to be back in your arms. The warmth she felt as you wrapped yourself around her small body. The spark that ignited when your lips touched hers. It was like you were what she was searching for. To have a love so beautiful, a love that is unknown, unsearchable, their own. The thoughts were her intense feelings that she felt as you where her main foucs. Reality set back in by a gentle whisper of the wind. She knows that you will come back one day, but until then it will remain a fantasy.

I'm not sure if using "you" opposed to "he/him" was on purpose... You have a way with words though :) this is so light, and beautiful.

You have a unique style with the poetic prose. I liked your description.

This looks to me like poetic prose instead of poetry. The rhyme and rhythm that make a poem a poem are missing. Yes the imagery is there. It's a wonderful piece, it just looks like it's in the wrong category.
