Seasky

Seasky

A Poem by Beatrice Mars

While the sea in the sky

Just floats on by,

Whispering to the stars,

We dance.

We dance where the waves broke

In the trails of

Shooting stars, we

Wish upon a fish

in the ocean above

And,
When a storm comes,

We cling to the bright moon,

But -

We are soon buffeted by

the sting of cosmic waves,

So we float away,

Into the seasky.
