Time without time

Time without time

A Poem by Beatrice Mars

The future came

So quickly,

But I wasn't looking,

What's it like?

'Cause I'm not really

There -

Here-

Present.

(Are you? I'm so confused...)

I'm scared, but

I know

You'll be here soon -

Or I'll be there.

We'll be we,

I know for sure.

I know we'll find

Time without time,

A

Here there,

Where the future fears to go.

I want to fill this box with little hearts because this is so perfect but i know that writerscafe doesn't like hearts so i shan't...
But i love this. There's something sort of whimsical and almost fragile about it.. the confusion and whatnot. But then there's also the certainty... and then the last line!!! fecking brill.

oh dear. i believe it's time for another round of the pretentious war ;)

And If you find such a place, please then let me know, because if the future refuses to go there, then "there" must be an amazing place to leave time behind like that of the past. Act so fast to find the future, alas it seems to have eluded us all. Now I seek the place where the future hides from. Where love and joy and merryment abound. I think I found the future, but I cant find its hiding-ground.
Well written Very Nice and thank you for posting it in here!
