Unconditional Detached Love Poem

Unconditional Detached Love Poem

A Poem by Chris Folio
"

How I feel the upmost love for a friend in the form of unconditional detachment.

"
I can't see your smiling face, without
a tear drop down flowed astray.
Why can't we see the eyes all clearly,
in their turquoise teal beauty?

Your the one I'll forever miss,
the love to remember always
your in my heart.
I used to break apart, but you found
inside my self the greatest love I can
give you.

Unconditional detachment,
is the love in which is present
when I think of you.

A savior sent from the heavens
to watch over me like the lovely
Angel you'll always be.

If we're never together,
in love rooted in desire
I'll be alright.
As long as we're friends,
we restore life in this world once again.

I wish I had a chance to change
since you've gone away,
but today and yesterday,
you'll always remain inside my heart.

Way inside myself, I'd never need
to change, and nor should you all the same
The love is always there, just be here now.
