Waving Beauty along the waterlineA Poem by OctavianA poem to break cold hearten people, by melting away the doubt and anger. Proud, splendid, fantastic Rowing among the brisk waters Warming the bitter days Shielding life itself Sail beside peace Sharing looks of astonishment Upon natures green scene Humming in tune Birds glide by As deer walk by Smiling in your gaze More than one come to you Animals of all forms But one of man Same skin as you Another half He is your broken side The chipped piece of imagery Brought out To find your wake As you plow through waves A light shines from beneath Looking at you as he does In waving beauty among the waterline
