Our own personn

Our own personn

A Poem by Roberta

We're all supposed to be the same
The way in which we're treated and viewed
Yet who are the people we choose to blame
Those that are idiotic, pathetic and rude

People are judged on how they look like and dress
It's not the way things should be
This is proof that society is a mess
We should have the right to say I am me

It's sad how things are based on social class
Our bigot politicians are to blame
We can't let things like this just pass
We should fight for the right to be treated the same.

We are our own people, and we must never let anyone tell us different.
