Little Girl

Little Girl

A Poem by Lauren_The_Awesome

Little girl, Little girl, don't you cry

You have many things to live for tonight

Mommy and daddy will always love you

Remember you have a home to come to

The day will be brighter

Wait 'till you see

Dry them eyes and come back to me

Don't feel lonely, you have me

This is an imperfect world don't you see?

Can't fix it, can't please

Little girl, Little girl, smile please

You're my world, come to me

Please don't try to leave

I love you too much to bear to see

I try so hard to fix this honey

But one day you'll understand

Please get ready

Honey we love you and we miss you too

Little girl, Little girl, we miss you so

We wish you didn't leave

We wish we saw this coming

We will see you on the other side

Mommy and Daddy are your world
