Hickory Dickory, up and down
and the pharaoh king shall drown Hickory dickory, one two three and men of God shall murder thee if you say "bad pharaoh" you are dead claimed disbeliever or will steal away your bread dressed oddly i am, with colors in my face I say "hickory dickory" and mock his grace I jump and flip and do magic tricks Just to reveal his lies and tricks I make laughs and smiles for human race While hiding tears behind my painted face I mock the lair, the cheater and the fake I make smiles, but for justice's sake One day the Pharaoh's soldiers burst through my door seize my arms and knock me down to the floor They say i am a disbeliever, a rebel, an enemy of God I cry for help!! "I am no enemy of God" I only mock the pharaoh, what's so odd? They say i am forcing people to rebel when i dance and sing "jingle bell" They say they will cut my tongue So i would say no more wrong I say you cut my tongue i shall mime I shall use those hands of mine You cut my hands and i shall dance And i will always say it... till my dying day..
