Do You Ever Regret Your Actions?

Do you ever regret your actions? And if so, what do you do to redeem with yourself?

My answer
Absolutely. If one declines and speaks of having no regret whatsoever, then they for sure are lying. We all have regret. Some more than others.

Does it stop? No. We all will continue to have regret throughout life. Difference is, if accepting it or not. Accepting it will occur just as failure. Failure can stem from bad decisions from yourself or decisions by another's maneuvering.

What do I do? Accept it's going to happen. The more you fight, the more it's going to be hard on you. If you accept it, you can learn from it. Even alter your future decisions. Regret is the state of mind of not understanding. Not knowing you have choices. Choices you can uncover.
