Questioning Current EducationA Chapter by Bardy(Completed Aug 13, 2017)
Is someone really less educated because they're younger? Are there not very intelligent young individuals out there? Smarter than those twice and even three or more times their age?
Is the way we determine ones education the same for everyone? Would that mean everyone is a cookie cutter and all the same? But we're not all the same. We know this. Yet, we teach everyone the same. We grade everyone the same. We treat everyone the same. How can we expect individuals to excel when we do this? Some are better at math. Some are better at writing. Some are better at arts. Wouldn't it be beneficial to them, the teachers, and the world as a whole if we found what interests/comes natural and expand on that? © 2017 Bardy |
