Mother Nature

Mother Nature

A Poem by Barbara Borel

The water and the wind have voices, and the animals they speak to me. The skies souless vastness is all but empty.

Turmoil ,hatred ,sadness and rolling thunder. If only humans didn't exist think what at a glorious wonder.

Green grass for miles without any trash. No pointless killings no bully political machines. No media to feed our empty dreams.
Just mother earth the eternal queen.

But you and I have killed her put a knife in her heart. We twisted and turned while the world fell apart.

Now nature will try what nature will do. But that doesn't matter to me and you.
