WELCOMEA Poem by Jason Baptiste
Into my heart
Where rhythms are coherent The traffic of blood flows Without congestion of their passages Into my mind Where thoughts travels freely Destinations not always arrived at And new horizons discovered Into my garden Filled with foods Surrounded by weeds Awaiting sowing of seeds Into my time Not regulated by a clock Without a deadline to meet Nights and days each other greets Into my world Of reincarnated souls From death to birth In a place we call earth
