Elephant

Elephant

A Poem by BansheeGirl

Elephant

I wish I were an Elephant
Don't believe me?
Why? It's true
I'd rather be an Elephant
Than look like me or you
Beautiful, strong, humble, kind,
Loyal, and wise I'd be
Stomping through the jungle
Roaming wild and free
I'd work hard, play hard,
I'd love without condition
A little fear,, sometimes sadness
But never that depression
I'd trade it all, I'd give it up…
Without a moment's hesitation
So sign me up, tell me how, please…..
Give me an application
