The never ending Game

At what point in a game is it ok to give up? What if one sides been cheating, what if the game is unfair, or not fun anymore? Then can we quit

I guess I am a fine one to talk but why do you take Scrabble quite so seriously? It is just a board game after all, damn stay off my tripple word scores!

Game is fun when both sides are playing fairly and know what they are doing. Poor player always make the game boring or out of interest. If you know it, exclude the player.
