In the presence of a real woman my heart skips a beat, flabbergasted yet intrigued by her intelligent intensity, my ears locks to her every word that dances around my head like vibrant poetry, my tongue seized by cupids wrath, instead of showing my boyish like interests I applied my bravado mask, at last our paths pass and my heart was telling me to scream hey, hey! But I stood there in dumbfounded silence and watch that phenomenal woman walk away, the image of her model like face is lost in the past space of time, all I recall is her smile that’s forever walking on the runway of my mind, all other memories of her are more of a fuzz, but I will never ever  forget the one that never was.

Lost opportunities and regrets. Kicking onesself. I like the tone of all of your writing and am drawn to it. Your voice is real and strong and your poems evoke emotions. You don't worry about making things too pretty and lyrical. you just lay them out. My kind of read.

Aww reminds me of crush's that never came to be. I liked the feel and flow of this poem...Just a few spelling errors presence instead of presents and silence instead of silents. You have a way with words that flows so easily off the tongue and I have a personal preference for that kind of poetry :)

Those woman who skipped out of our life without us showing them who we are. Leave open dreams and possibilities that could of been. A excellent poem. I like the ending. Thank you.

wow it is so crazy... the poetry I've been reading today is like something out of my scrapbook, either things that I have been through or things other people have told me about. I like your poetry.

Excellent write! I have stood in those shoes myself. And I, too, love Walter Mosley! Yellow dog, Devil in a blue dress, etc!

Oh when will us guys realise that womend are not impressed by our macho ways! They want a soul mate. Oh how many time did I make that same mistake till I met my wife and got so desperate that I had to give up the image! Rest assured my friend, if you didnt make that move, you were only infatuated and it wasn't the real deal!
Awsome write though.
