A Conversation with GodA Poem by Bandersnach"Oh God, I love you, and I know you love me. I recognize your wonderous works in all that I see, You have blessed me in so many ways, But I have one question, if I may: Why is it you don't answer me when I pray? I am your follower, Oh Lord, and your Word I will always heed, so shouldn't you grant me all the things that I need?"
Oh Dear Child, If you know that I love you so dearly Then you should have realized very clearly that a Parent knows best for his beloved little one, and because Im your Father, MY will be done; I know the difference between "wants" and "needs" and will not fuel the fire for sinful greed. And whenever you have prayed to me, I have always answered, you see; but because I love you so, sometimes my answer is simply "no"
