The Eyes of Jealousy

The Eyes of Jealousy

A Poem by Bandersnach

The eyes of Jealousy are not green;

they are the blackest and sickliest color I've seen.

The monster itself is worst yet;

he's gruesomely hateful and rank with resent.

"The King of Anger, Disgust, and Dispair;"

This is the title he can't help but bare.

The only one who can soothe his torment

Is the "Master of Satisfaction"

whose name is Content.

About
Not much to say about me except that writing is the only thing that I'm half-capable of doing. I realized this when a college professor exclaimed that "you are an excellent rhetoric!" and, of course, .. more..
