Where Shall I go now?

Where Shall I go now?

A Poem by Balkaran Sidhu

I so demonic, so unwanted,
so dreamy in alienation
Where shall I go now

From literature to the supreme?
from a life of a lover to
a life of an eremite.

In the haunt of an author’s life
I have drank loved with ease
ll of it, the bitter and the sweet.

But where can a man like me
Bury his head now? What refuge?
In whose thoughts? In what thoughts?
I so hopeful, so desolate, so alive
In dragging my burden of love
alone, among the dim stars of my life

So sensitive, so poverty stricken
that not even pearls and infinite gold
Can satisfy my needs, no warmth can.

For my life has become a mystical hunt
of finding myself again,
of devoting myself to the gods I have made.

These are the side effects of love :)
well you write your pain in poetic way, and your selection of words shows how hurt you are...
