Punished

Punished

A Poem by Balkaran Sidhu
"

Something I wrote once...couldn't complete the poem..certainly there was more to it

"
You punished him the most
the one who loved you the most
You never cared for the one
who cared for you
You don't want to remember the one
who breathes inside the memory of you
You made him suffer
who took all your pains on his heart
You couldn't even dare to love
who dares to sacrifice himself for you
You have only fought with the one
who fought for you
And how you rudely spoke to him
Of how he came to be friends
And how he pushed your negatives
to love you even more.
And now he is dying
As he sees no path that could bring you to him
No path that could....

Its those abrupt changes that brings death
when hoping and waiting doesn't seems worth

I remembered Jesus Christ while reading your lines.....I haven't seen anyone on this earth like this...... I must say, wonderful lines...written with a great rhythm.....I read it in the very first glimpse.....I didnt even close my eyelids once, I start reading this poem. Thanks a lot for sharing it
