Fragment Of Gold

Fragment Of Gold

A Poem by Balkaran Sidhu

My beloved is a sacred bird
Her essence is a fragment of gold
With laughter rinsing in her words
And darting goodness for the world.

She has compassionate feet
Her gait,heavenly like an angel
For good causes, she is a love song
she is spiritual poem, eternal hymn

With the grace of roses
And the sweetness of June
Her eyes are sunlit with smiles
She’s of the dear-loved world

My dear love is a endless river
Of what it means to be patriotic
She bears the pervasive beauty of the universe
She carries dreams and ignites pathways

Her heart is a candle that cannot diminish
The single light of living buds.
She can lighten up the whole sky
more than the stars could, more than the moon.

Her silver voice, prevents me from annihilation
Her margarine charm, there is no end
My soul is blessed to have her thoughts
My dear love is a fragment of gold
