Love is for the fortunate fewA Poem by Balkaran SidhuI am a moon magnet the sun of a passing spring a sage who dared to love, a princess of a Lion kingdom. She is ruled by the fire And am cold, frigid, envious We bear repulsive moralities The roads separated by perceived geometry. But I am strong I have the heart and compassion of a Scorpio piercing eyes and crippling sting I do not fear my fears. My nerves are filled with hope, the blood brewed with love My vision stretches beyond invisible boundaries I have wandered for long enough. Love has come and captured me I have surrendered myself to the beauty in everything I have drowned the pearls of my ego But Love is for the fortunate few
