![]() I Will But Follow TheeA Poem by Balkaran Sidhu
Beloved, the distance is immeasurable
life is long, thou once said Don’t chase your footprints, to the end of destined dreams. I will come find thy heart Pick it up from the weary spirit from the lumps of thy tenderness Beloved, I am the sun that will fill your womb. You have gazed my ignorance before, the determined eyes, with love, with hope Tell me thy greatest pain And I shall swallow it with my love Thou robbed me from my wealth I can live poor, under clouds of injustice And still follow thee, for love dragging my crippled hopes in the final pilgrimage. © 2013 Balkaran SidhuReviews
