I Will But Follow Thee

I Will But Follow Thee

A Poem by Balkaran Sidhu

Beloved, the distance is immeasurable
life is long,thou once said
Don’t chase your footprints,
to the end of destined dreams.

I will come find thy heart
Pick it up from the weary spirit
from the lumps of thy tenderness
Beloved, I am the sun that will fill your womb.

You have gazed my ignorance before,
the determined eyes,with love,with hope
Tell me thy greatest pain
And I shall swallow it with my love

Thou robbed me from my wealth
I can live poor, under clouds of injustice
And still follow thee, for love
dragging my crippled hopes in the final pilgrimage.

Your emotional punches are hard but given not with
force but with such intense love that every female would
want to fall in love with you again and again .... your fiery write
can make an ice maiden melt with in seconds in front of you ...
Great write keep it up...

drop the punctuation...it takes away from it all...some errors in the wording, like: 'You have gazed my ignorance before,'...but some good lines here 2
