Your Synchronous art of complacencyA Poem by Balkaran SidhuYou are like a gentle shade pleasant as a tender cloud A brief comfort to my life Turned on its complacent ends You are like a spring morning soaked in your quantum grace, placid as the flowery ardor Shining among roses and carnations. A valediction of all my earthly passions My weak breath that goes, where the pleasures race While I stare blankly on the yellow moon . My heart beats, secretly, and I stretch synchronously With all the promising portals I have met An intuitive map to our gratification I delve for keeping you obliquely dear And to be with you infinitely You tired of my absence, And I anemic, who missed Your golden giggles, your spirited cries.
