Your Synchronous art of complacency

Your Synchronous art of complacency

A Poem by Balkaran Sidhu

You are like a gentle shade
pleasant as a tender cloud
A brief comfort to my life
Turned on its complacent ends

You are like  a spring morning
soaked in your quantum grace,
placid as the flowery ardor
Shining among roses and carnations.

A valediction of all my earthly passions
My weak  breath that goes,
where the pleasures race
While I stare blankly on the yellow moon .

My heart beats, secretly,
and I stretch synchronously
With all the promising portals I have met
An intuitive map to our gratification

I delve for keeping you obliquely dear
And to be with you infinitely
You tired of my absence,
And  I anemic,who missed
Your golden giggles, your spirited cries.

this has grace. it makes me think of someone older and wiser appreciating a young one around. This review cannot do a poem like this credit. Beautiful.

I think this one reads more like the poet's resignation to this great passions and loved one, very lovely writing too

I really thought this very beautiful, I think you have expressed a wonderful joy to share with us, to be missed and to miss, uniquely human? maybe not, but we are the only ones that express that emotion with tears.

cap the whole title...otherwise another fine roping of words and phrases

Dinner with a fair maiden, lovely and gentle, and to you and you only. Imaginative analogy, and whoever this would have been written for should be blessed.

A sweet love poem...I especially like the last line...

this entire piece is a wonderful metaphor laced with beautiful and imaginative imagery, very nice!

The poem was much more relatable than the title... I would not have read a poem with such a pretentious title if it was not a request, but I'm glad I did read this. A very fine write.
