Grant me farewell powdery heavenA Poem by Balkaran SidhuSometimes your favorite things........Grant me farewell powdery heaven I'd rather skate my dreams on shorn surfaces Leave me alone, snowy peppermint I did love you once but now I yearn for some torridity. Snow drifts once enfolded my hopes I waited for winter storms hungry of some niveous contentment So I cuddled close in the wintry darkness To find some glacial warmth. Now the frigid aura brings me down making me fragile as a hyperboreal truth Frail as a gelid lie I am yearning for some sunlight grant me kindness of glowy sun.
