For our nation

On Independence day of our India...lets take a pledge...lets live for our country

In shallow truths and world of fear
In the time's guilt and fire of our greed
We have sold our principles,our souls
corrupted blood is what now we bleed.

Blinded by the hatred
from the blood of innocents
are our nails stained
We were born with a innocent heart
thats how we should have remained.

Oh please,no more bribing
No more corruption
lets get through all such social evils
Why can't we retain our values
we need some sacred upheavals.

We must become one at the end of the day
cause our nation needs us
our generation
must have something to say
So with the Independence day's dawn's early light
We have to lead our country
cause the so called leaders can't make it right.

Let the sun shine in the night time

but we don't need martyrs,no more dying
Please let us have peace
and live for our nation
our nation is dying.
