I would wait..

I would wait..

A Poem by Balkaran Sidhu

I have waited a hundred years
but i would wait for a million more
I have waited till night crept
But I would wait till sunshine hits the floor
I waited when i was smart
But I would wait till I lose my head
I have waited when I was alive
But I would wait till I stay dead
I waited when i had a smile
But I would wait till I stay sad
I have waited when you thought I was good
But I would wait till you realise I am not that bad
I waited when it was raining
I waited till dawn blushed
and I waited even when my heart was broken
But I would wait till it gets crushed.
