This might be one of the most imaginative ways to write about the way we carry the Holy Trinity inside & how it informs every move we make, every thought we think, every dissection of our lives, we can see evidence of how the Holy Trinity has played out a plan that's regardless of whatever plans we thought we were making. Frankly, I had to read this twice to capture a few more nuances . . . I'm sure I didn't get all of them, becuz I'm not good at catching heavily nuanced messages. But I certainly did feel the main message & the playfulness with which you told it. I love it when writers play with words such as your: "soul's sole" . . . and "how can one be won" . . . this is the kind of crafting that adds an extra spark to a message.

Actually I was swinging in between the spiritual and mundane and there were other factors too.. I had little attractions left in life ( Suguna' s Lover) and my mind always wanted freedom for my spiritual odyssey. Somehow I had to balance things; soul wanting something and duties demanding attention and a little more introspection has brought me back.
Without this realization, I wouldn't have balanced my life between my own aspirations and my duties. I realize that when we suffer, we make our people also suffer though unintentionally. They don't deserve that. And they are loving and enduring , I owe them something. So this poem... I am glad The Almighty put sense in me to realize this. Margie, the trinity is important in life. And I am glad that you read into that ...
Thank you so much for this review...

Hello Bala, firstly this is so cleverly and uniquely expressed!
I love how you think of your family 'entwining' that's a beautiful soulful way to express your love and adoration for your family, when we become one. A beautiful piece. Regards Ray xo

Thanks you for visiting and giving your comments....
No matter what the message you convey, I find beauty in this piece, of infinite learning and understanding, knowing when to listen and when to speak, for love and affinity know when to be heard and when to listen. the three four I see as the family you later speak of, perhaps partner plus two, or perhaps a more open expanse, ie, parents and child, but for arguments sake, let m=us say I am right with the first...Your words celebrate, yes celebrate the affinity between others and rejoices in it, it is really is superfluous of me to dig for meaning when I already understand what you are saying, that it is the poet doing the biopsy and being blessed at the outcome. That is what I captured in your words....If wrong, it is still a most beautiful thought.

As souls we are free and unique. Our experiences, pains and pleasures are our own. No one can go through them the way we experience. The same is true for the people we love. We may love them intensely but we do not go through the same emotions and pain they go through.
Love becomes bondage when they try to hold you back in your journey. I have gone through that phase all through. That gives a pain to us though we love them most. You have to sacrifice everything for them for the word called family. In that pull you never realize when they take a step forward and occupy you and posses you.
But if you accept it as love and bow to it then you see bliss. You give it back willingly and it forms a circle and cycle of mutual understanding. Then wherever you are, the oneness is there with them. There is just understanding and love and no complaints in that state.
This poem is my acceptance and acknowledgement of that fact. There is bliss in surrender and losing yourself to something else. This poem was written after that revelation.
Family, nothing more important than familial relationships. They form our personalities at a young age and stay with us always. We love them even with all their faults. Lovely. Lydi**

One of them is my husband. Even though I am on the spiritual path my life is consumed by these loving souls around me. And I can only thank the God in tying me in this mundane bond.
Thanks for reading and reviewing..:-):-)
Nice write. Sounds like you have a beautiful family. Cherish them every day, and spread the love. Eva
