Anatomy of the Subversive

Anatomy of the Subversive

A Poem by Poe Redd
"

dark. happens in the dark.

"
Abysmal black cave
I suck at the shore, and capsized
I let it all go, and long for
the pain I instill; he follows
the pathway through hell, at the bottom
on the sea's floor; I feed him
the glass of broken bottles
hopeful maps thrown
to moon to save the soul
boiling waters
my sin my sister-sword
all in words die
reviewing scathing lies
I think it's a good time
to drown to reconcile
the mind and a rusty knife
my shapes shift
justice recrudesce
towering dorsal fin
and sunken bullets behind the mask.

Accidents happen
where light is lacking, commit
your last line here
in the dark.
Accidents happen
when I'm trapped in; admit one
sepulcher
in the corpse-cluttered dark.

Amazing use of words. Wild visions create by the statements. Above lines I like the best. No weakness in the excellent poetry.
