a Poem songA Poem by Baibhab BoseCome whisper to me, say you want it all. I am shy, I haven't talked with an Angel before. I have never confronted moonlight and listen to it's pain from all the dusk it is trying to fill in with darkness. Every darkness has an Ocean-like image of itself stored in the mind of a lifelong numb whale. Oh I have seen eclipses, I have never seen explosions. I have trained myself not to get lost, but you there, finally found me. Ignite me now, take my hands Do you not hear the music going on? The scattered droplets of humane death are forming a rim, fading away. Close your eyes, sing to me. I will be leaving on rooftops of caravans and learn great things about textured skies through the fringes of birch trees. At the day-break it will shower ancient memories to me, to my footsteps. There is nothing to seek for in this wonderous city I found just today. You found me, do you know me? Do you recognize? Take my hand, tell me when was the last time you felt everything is beautiful? When was the last time you felt death as a spaceship hanging over your city? I am shy, I will not say a word, close your eyes. I am trying to fill in a darkness with a new one. The memories of your dreams drift towards me from your darkened hair. What makes you stand so close to me? What makes you blink so easily when you know it's all black, every time! My scattered thoughts fly away to the sky. We are blank now like an x-ray image. You ask me who is this poem for? I answer, 'For you'. © 2018 Baibhab BoseAuthor's Note
