PrayerA Poem by A ChristineWritten November 2006
As I lay me down to rest,
Tomorrow I hope to do my best. To wake up each day, Not worrying about what people will say. Help me now to let them know, With me everywhere, my family will go. In my heart is where they stay, Like they have each and everyday. If I should pass before my next prayer, Tell them to look in their hearts, I'll be there. I'll watch over them night and day, To help them deal with life's way. And in my heart is where they'll stay. © 2023 A Christine |
