The heart, soul, and mind,

elapsing together

The heart,

in its passion,

a warm soft beat

that sings

into the whisking air,

like a feather

taken to flight

and sails gently along

the streams of emotions,

beaming towards the heavens.

 

The soul,

introduces a source of energy

so enormous,

it forms on a cosmic level,

so vibrant and colorful

it can be seen

in the brightest sunlight,

and maps a path

to an epic journey

to the heart.

 

The mind

with its intimate wisdom

connects the tears

with each delicate drop

of love that exhibits

the freshness of a vapor trail

on a cool brisk day. 

Sending pulses

in synchronistic rhythm

linking to the soul

that captures the heart.

I just got back from church. The guy who runs the teen fellowship was talking about souls, and making everyone realize that they have one. When you described the souls as being vibrant colors, I finally realized that I do have a soul. Lol, sometimes my mind doesn't connect so well at youth group :)
