Beware of those...and stories that toll

Beware of those...and stories that toll

A Poem by Ralphy
"

Adam and Eve, Although I don't believe it

"

Beware of those, and stories that toll…

Coiled and hanging along the branch

that bares the fruit, so sweet its name

Alluring, waiting for those innocent

soles who will enter the realm of scorching flame

Her silken body laced with long dark hair,

approaches the tree to claim her fame

A gleaming smile with fangs so sharp presents

this fruit of knowledge for her to claim

She ran to her honey and gave him this fruit;

he pondered it for a minute she did the same

He took a bite of this magical food and watched

himself change into an unknown shame

Tears filled their eyes and dripped down their face

as the slippery serpent regained his name

They tried to hide their state of mind, bodies naked,

thunder collapsing as did the fall of the mighty rain.

Beware of those, and stories that toll…

Quite the creative take on the two... got to say I don't believe it either cause of coarse they blamed the woman and you know it was the mans idea... a fun write none the less.

what an interesting poem, it made me think of the show I'm watching only it was a documentary on people that are bitten by venomous snakes or other animals. Umm yeah back to your story, good job you rock interesting.
