Chapter 1- The family reunion

"Layla get down here for dinner!" my mom called. "One minute I said." As I went down the stairs I realized how dark it was. When I got to the bottom of the stairs I saw a glowing light in the dining room so thats where I headed. On my way there I hit a couple walls that I am not used to having there. As you can see I am not used to this house it's because I was adopted by Karen Jones and John Louis. My parents died in a car accident six years ago, but I know that John and Karen the nice newly weds will take care of me just fine.

As I walked into the room I heard Happy Birthday and my family popped out all my cousins and aunts. So we all had some cake and dinner then we all said our fair well goodbyes, "So where are you staying and how long?" We all are staying in a hotel. Oh well you could of stayed here bu... I call Layla's room they all called out, ok I guess if you just want to scream out where you are going to stay. "No either you are sleeping in the guest bedroom or on the couch." the aunts and uncles said. "Is it ok if we stay in the hotel and they stay here for the night?" Ya thats fine as long as they head for bed. So mom, dad I am gonna head for bed also. "No wait you are going to help tuck every one in first." Thats ok I have the time. After I helped tuck every one in I ran for my room I acted like I was working on a project then I heard my mom and dad snoring so i headed for the window as I started climbing down I realized it was cold out so I climbed back in and got my jacket as I was heading out for the party I heard a creeking noise I took off my jacket put on my robe and jumped on my bed. Turns out it was little Sophie one of my cousins and she was thirsty so I helped her out and tucked her in again and walked slowly back to my room and grabbed the jacket and headed out again. It was way colder than before and even with the jacket on I was cold so I went for a walk and climbed back in and went to bed that was the high light of my night.
