Lost

A Poem by Loli
"

What do you think about when you're left alone?

"
How do you keep your mind from running into irrelevant places?
Crushing all those bad thoughts that hide in empty spaces.
They come out when I'm lonely, and up at night in bed.
Creating a bunch of scenarios that explode inside my head.
I try so hard to let go, and push them to the back,
Keep from getting angry for all the things I lack.
These feelings are my illness that lay upon my heart.
Reality versus delusions; I can't tell them apart.
My mind is growing sick yet coughing up persuasion,
Fighting off these demons from an inner body invasion.
