AN ORDINARY WOMAN? REALLY??

I wrote a poem for three special people under the title, “Where my Heart use to be." 
Ordinary Woman, you were one of the three I wrote about.  You my dear sweet lady are missed, but here’s the amazing thing, people came out of nowhere to tell me they miss you too.  

I’m writing this as a plea for your return, and those who review will agree this place is so much bright when you’re here.  Please come back?  We’ll do all we can to keep you happy this time.  You want need to go anywhere else.  You were so much more than just an ordinary woman to us.  ~ You are family and we miss you very much.~

Well Miss Babbette Francis, I'm so flattered that I don't really know what to say. Finding this after RRCowboy sent me a message on myspace that you were looking for me caught me off guard, girl.

I haven't been writing, I've just been trying to get my life back together as one thing after another went wrong over the last year. I never really made the decision to leave the Cafe but I was sooo overwhelmed with things at home and work that at some point the only thing I KNEW I had to do was get my butt off the internet and start taking care of business. My one regret is that I wish I would've considered how my sudden departure would affect my dear friends and eventually, reflect on me as well. It was selfish of me and I am sorry.

I won't get into the specifics of what was/is going on in my life other than to say God is my main focal point. If ever before I thought He was, then now I know much better. I'm still not where I want to be, not exactly, but I'm closer than ever before. I praise God for that every day.

I thank you so much for writing this, for caring and for being you. Thank you. I'll try and do better to stay in touch. Thank you too to all the wonderful writers whom left comments as well. You guys are all priceless to me.

Me too.....I miss you from both sites, AWF and WC. I know that life doles out debts that must be paid with hours and I am in the same boat, but don't cast us aside forever....you have a small fan club here. Poke your head in and say hello. We ALL miss our friend.
