Bright, dashing, sophisticated and eloquent 

Your cultured demeanor doesn’t  mirror how delinquent you are

You lure lonely hearts to hitch rides with you

Knowing how vulnerable they are…

Knowing you would eventually ditch them

You whisper words they love to hear with a flick of your tongue and they swoon!

You slither around looking harmless.

Yet,you are a dangerous specimen of a human

The world sees a scoundrel who has a playlist of broken hearts.

Older women see a savior to damsels in distress.

They hope to get de-stressed

Talk about flipping the script!

You have a voracious appetite for older unassuming women with constipated bank accounts

Beautiful book smart broken females clog your resume

…yet you feel no remorse.

I pray you become a prey!

Just like the unsuspecting women you lure away

Perhaps Cupid’s arrow would slow your roll by thawing your frigid frozen heart

Perhaps it would reward you with a female who loves to play games too

Games that would extinguish your gigolo fire and banish you to an eternal igloo

Perhaps you would defy Karma,

Perhaps???

Only time can tell.

"A playlist of broken hearts" - I can hear off-beat melodic cries.
"I pray you become prey" - you deserve a metal for using "pray" and "prey" in the same line :)

As I read this, I kept thinking about how women play games too, not just men. I smiled when you captured this in your poem;
"Perhaps it would reward you with a female who loves to play games too
Games that would extinguish your gigolo fire and banish you to an eternal igloo"

and Igloo? Hmm, because revenge is a dish best severed cold? lol

The Praying Mantis is the animal for you to study.
1997's How To Be A Player movie came to mind too

we all know at least one A-hole and your damnation of this character was refreshing. some anger is healthy and you've directed it to a deserving person. karma does catch up to everyone, it is just too bad we don't get to see it. your voice is as strong as ever, but the added ferocity made this work a bit more exciting.

I like this a lot. I can understand it right away. I know this game which you speak of. God sent me a 5'1 120 pound women to put me in my place. So I read this and laugh because I believe God has a great sense of humor. Nice pen.
