And if they write about it, do they get stomped on?
I like the play on "Leaves of Grass"---a leaf of a book, with a poem or two...about an aborted dream , a heartache or two...the hell with them, just write it out.

Since I never have writers block, pouring out a variety crap for 40 years, I often wonder why other writers get writers block & what is it like? There are hundreds of writers block poems on this website, but I still never really GOT IT until I read this poem. This is a great representation of the writer's mind flailing, having adopted & regurgitated every f*****g criticism ever received! This is a sad situation, but I love it becuz it's so well stated!
