Bachelor
of Fine Art (BFA) is a creative course having duration of four years. The
Course requires---- Sketching and Drawing. It helps students to develop skills
and knowledge to work with creative industry as Art Director, Art curator,
Artist, Graphic etc. Bachelor of fine Arts program prepares the students for
establishing a career in the field of Fine Art.
A bachelor of Fine Arts Degree will often
require an area of speciality such as computer animation, creative writing,
drawing, film production, Visual effects, Graphic Design, illustration,
industrial design, Visual arts, Painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture
etc. We give our students a broad education in disciplines of the arts. i.e.
Applied Arts, Painting, Visual Communication, Print Making.
The Scope in the field of Fine Arts is very wide
and the art students have a large spectrum of options in front of them. It
starts from working in art studios, advertising companies, publishing houses,
print media and fashion houses etc. A graduate can also start a career as
freelance artist, while relevant fields available are teaching, photography,
television production. One can also start as online services like e-lance work,
design house and product and package design. A Bachelor degree of fine arts is
necessary for those who are interested to carve a strong niche in the field of
Creative Arts.
Bachelor of fine arts is an undergraduate level
Four Year degree program, and for the students who have a passion of study fine
arts and different facets of it like drawing, visualization etc. The program is
developed in such a way so as to create interest in the candidates about fine
Arts. The program covers the creation of visual art works. Some of the visual
Arts like photography sculpture, theatre, painting, architecture. This Course
is also known as B.F.A AND B.V.A (Bachelor of Visual Arts). Both the program
are same. In the initial year of the program topics like portraiture, art
History, Water Colour, Figure Drawing, Still Life, and Composition Drawing etc are
covered.
An annual examination is carried out in the
B.F.A Program and is conducted by universities. Theory and practical session
are included in the Course; Projects are also there for the students who
undergo the BFA program.
In
the Preparation program student will be covering all important Content of the
course required for any Fine Art College - College of Arts (New Delhi), JAMIA
MILLIA ISLAMIA(New Delhi), JJ School of Art (Mumbai), Banaras Hindu
University(BHU) Varanasi, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU),
Chandigarh university etc. Student are also prepared for International Universities
for Entrance Exam.
