Nothing to live for

Some live in heaven

While others live in hell

Some get all attention

While others live in pain

Some get anything they want

While others get none

Some get the bright sun

While others are in the dark

Some have people to count on

While others count on them self

Some get all the attention

While others live in pain

Some get a wonderful life

While others get the worse of all

No one likes them

They live in the dark

They have nothing to loose

They never had a heart to go on for life

because of that, they died

Sadly this poem is all too true. Some people are born into good homes and others into bad ones. We like to think anyone can change their situation through hard work and an education, but life is unkind to many. It makes me feel grateful for what I do have. This is such a powerful, haunting poem.
